Born in Australia, Tim Martin is an acclaimed ceramic sculptor who now lives and works in London. He is seen as a proponent of the new wave of ceramic art in Europe and has travelled for many residencies over the last few years.

Drawing inspiration from a background in architecture, and with a nod to the past (the works of Arp or Brancusi or the palette of Rothko come to mind), Martin makes mini monuments to nature that are contemporaneous yet classic.
