Small mug in a saishiki glaze by Tetsuya Kowari from March 2026.
This work is finished in his vibrant, painterly, saishiki style, with abstract, geometric markings defining areas of colour, rendered over a black base and intersected by dramatic carved lines.
Each vessel is an embodiment of the marriage between fire, clay and glaze, a true emblem of ceramic mastery and tradition.
