This gorgeous vessel has a circular base that tapers to an indented opening, reminiscent of a basket top - an effect enhanced by the woven fabric handle in blue attached to each side.
A beautiful blending of textile and ceramic, this work came from a collaborative project between Rina and acclaimed textile designer, Barbara Rogers.

Rina Bernabei is a Sydney based Australian creative who has been working in ceramics since 2017. Her work encapsulates her years of practice as a product designer and reflects her research into emotional design and the relationships between handmade craft practices and digital technologies and manufacture.
She has brought her experience and passion for interior products to the tactile aesthetics of clay. Working across hand built, wheel thrown and 3D ceramic printing, she explores decoration and process for the contemporary interior.

Barbara Rogers is an Australian textile designer and artist who specialises in exclusive fabrics for fashion and interiors. She has gained international acclaim for her work which incorporates innovative shibori techniques together with more traditional methods.
