Born in Hiroshima Prefecture, Mana Nakamura is a Japanese glass artist currently based in Aichi. After studying at the Toyama Institute of Glass Art and the Seto Ceramics and Glass Art Centre, she now has her own experimental glass practice. Using an original method she's pioneered, her works are created primarily from foam glass, shaped through blowing, then fired using traditional kiln casting techniques.
