Charming, hand made Donabe by Japanese ceramic artist Haruo Konno.

Made from a special clay that's designed to be used over an open flame, these pots are exceptionally good at holding heat, and are perfect for simmering, or any type of slow cooking that involves liquid.

They're ideal for making soups, stews, and braised dishes, but can also be used for steaming and roasting. They're also amazing at cooking rice!

In two styles - black and matt, or textured burnished brown.
