Made with Sweet Almond and Mānuka Oil, and beeswax from the Aotea's own bee hives, this Kawakawa Balm is the natural and native skincare remedy that is perfect for dry lips, skin irritations (eczema and psoriasis), bites, sores, and nappy rash. 

1 x Kūmarahou and Mānuka Hand & Body Wash

A gentle wash containing kūmarahou and mānuka honey to effectively cleanse without stripping the skin.

Kūmarahou, Pomaderris Kumarahou, has a very high saponin content. Saponin is a surfactant, which means that it can naturally foam into a lather. Most conventional soaps contain chemicals to create foam.

Kūmarahou was traditionally referred to as 'gum diggers soap', as the gum diggers of the 1800s would use kūmarahou and water to remove kauri gum or tree sap from their hands when they were working.

Aotea have included mānuka oil to the formulation, acting as a powerful natural disinfectant. This hand and body wash is beautifully gentle, very healing and 100% natural.

A multi-purpose, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal oil that effectively cleans the skin. 

This oil has a wide range of uses such as treating acne, as well as reducing general redness and inflammation by clearing congested pores. You can also use to naturally treat cuts, abrasions, and to support wound healing by killing infection-causing bacteria.

Research shows that Mānuka oil contains a vast range of terpenoids that inhibit the growth of bacteria and fungi. It is 30x more powerful than Tea Tree Oil and is considered to be one of the most potent 100% natural disinfectants on the planet.
