2001 - Graduated from MA of the Tohoku University of Art and Design, Yamagata, Japan
2001 - Studied at Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design as an exchange student
2002 - Worked as an assistant at the Tohoku University of Art and Design
2007 - Launched "Rinao design studio"

The main role in the everyday dinning table is the food that is served. mizu-mizu is a new line of tableware that is designed to be moderate but present the main role to look fresh and beautiful. The designer was inspired by envisioning the scenery of dining everyday at the table.

mizu-mizu has two different expressions consisting of two colours, elegant bluish white and a light brown. Many vintage and antique china pieces have a blue like white colour or a caramel like brown colour, and bringing back these colours as well as their texture to the present in modern shapes gives a depth to any dish that is served in them, whether western or Asian.For serving either western food, or Japanese broiled fish or meat - mizu-mizu blends in harmony with any type of dish.
