Sassy Park is a Sydney based visual artist and curator. She plays with the accepted uses of ceramics and art genres to explore ideas of vulnerability and fragility through scale, intimacy, and humour. Her figures, painted with slips and underglazes, express an empathy that draws the viewer in, to look more closely and engage with the object.
