XS - W 11cm x 7cm -  (small rice/gelato/nuts etc ...)

SML - W 14cm x H 7cm  -  (sometimes called the “man-sized rice bowl’!  larger rice bowl etc ...)

MED - W 20cm x 10cm -  (soup/salad/pasta)

LGE - W 25-27cm x H 8.5 - 10cm - (salad/fruit)

XL - W 30-32cm - 11-13cm -   (salad/fruit)
