“Nanao” candles are designed with a curved-line motif inspired by the shapes of the fauna of the Noto Peninsula, including bamboo, nuts and plants.
There are five different candles, all with a motif of a different plant that grows in the Noto Peninsula. The candles are all named after a letter of the word ‘plant’.
These candles keep to the original materials and procedures used in making Japanese candles while incorporating a modern design. We hope you will enjoy the softly-swaying flame.
